Troubleshooting

Avoid it when the rush reaches the quarterback before the intermediate outs can declare or when the defense is sitting in hard outside leverage with the middle post bracketed.
The routes need enough time and width to separate from the stack.
Widening X or Z before the snap. The disguise comes from the full C-QB-X-Y-Z centerline stack.
Letting the paired outs break at the same instant and depth, which creates a collision in the release column. Preserve the stagger created by the players' starting depths.
Turning C's post into a vertical go. The inside break is what occupies the middle defender and creates room for both outs.
