Red-zone goal-line rollout concept — compresses field, creates quick reads and low-depth throws.

When space shrinks (inside the 15-yard line), you roll and throw fast. The rollout to the right naturally pulls defenders laterally and creates separation underneath. and quick outs at 5–6 yards are your primary; 's post becomes a window if defenses over-pursue the edge.

Primary reads

• 1st read ( quick out): 5-yard hitch outside. If corner is overplaying inside, sits in the void.
• 2nd read ( quick out): 5.7 yards opposite side. Creates a two-receiver option at the same depth; pick the one with space.
• 3rd read (): Post at 11.5 yards — the touchdown lane. If corners collapse on quick outs, has a one-on-one.

Red-zone system

• Inside 5 yards: throw to the boundary quick out for a touchdown (corner is tight)
• 5–10 yards: / quick outs eat up what's left of the end zone; 6-yard gain = touchdown
• 10–15 yards: post breaks into the middle for scoring opportunities

Situational use

• Goal-line (1–4 yards): quick out is a bullet; coverage can't be both outside and deep
• Red-zone squeeze (5–15 yards): compressed field makes even 5-yard gains feel like big plays
• Two-minute drill in opponent's red zone: rollout creates horizontal space, speeds up the play clock

Coverage adjustments

• vs red-zone man: corners sit tight, but rollout creates natural separation; pick the open quick out
• vs compressed zone: linebackers bunch in the middle; outside quick outs are free
• vs goal-line blitz: rollout mobility beats the rush, gets off the hash into space
