Twins gives you 2 receivers on the strong side (outside + slot) plus a TE on the strong side, with 1 isolated WR backside. QB in shotgun. The twins side runs combination routes (pivot-flat, slant-flat, drive concepts) while the isolated WR runs an iso or backside dig. Use as a precision-passing base — less explosive than Trips, more precise reads.
Twins isn't run in 5v5 Flag.
